Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All payments must be made online at checkout.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact our support team with your name and email address.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery within the UK usually takes 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding to international destinations soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your parcel through the courier’s website.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
